Why a UCC Plant R & D platform?
This plant technology platform aims to bring plant researchers into greater contact with each other for scientific interactions regarding plant research and development (R & D).
Participating Plant Research Groups
There are a number of research groups working on both fundamental and applied research on plants & crops in University College Cork (UCC) across a number of UCC departments and research institutes.
In November 2008 there were 14 research groups participating in the UCC Plant Research Platform seminar series. The UCC Plant Research Platform also involves
affiliate members from industry and public sector research organisations (national and international).
Participating Research Groups
This platform & seminar series is open to all interested research groups and researchers. Please follow the links (to the right) to read more about the research underway in each of the participating research groups.
