What do you think is the single biggest strength of the "logic model" as a tool for evaluation? And what do you think is the biggest advantage of the "logical framework"?
A logic model requires us to begin by looking at the entire project cycle - inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes - and then to decide exactly what we want to measure.
A logical framework assumes that we know what we want to measure - inputs,
activities, outputs, and/or outcomes - and therefore asks us to focus on the precise indicators that we will use in our evaluation.
